Create a Supabase account

Go to supabase.com → sign up free with GitHub or email → create a new project. Free tier handles this for years.

Create the contacts table

In Supabase → SQL Editor, run:

Update the PIN in dashboard.html

Open dashboard.html and find var DASHBOARD_PIN near the bottom. Change the value before sharing the link.

Wire training.html to Supabase

Replace the console.log stubs in Gate 1 & 2 with real Supabase insert / update calls. The dashboard will populate automatically on next login.
